A case of a rare primary cardiac tumor in a 46‐year‐old woman is described. The tumor arose from the left atrium and was histologically composed of multiple mesenchymal elements of fibrosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, myxosarcoma, and liposarcoma.
