Ferroelectric studies on ammino acids mixed TGSP single crystals

摘要

Amino acids mixed TGS crystals are of interestdue to their high pyroelectric coefficient and low dielectricconstant. Partial substitution of phosphate has resulted intriglycine sulpho-phosphate (TGSP), a mixed crystal withimproved pyroelectric figure of merit.
