Effect of fractionation on location of enzyme activities in soil structural units

Two different soils were fractionated with three granulometric procedures. Enzyme activity measurements were carried out in four fractions ofreal(undisturbed),stable(water-dispersed) andstructural(water-dispersed and physically disrupted) soil units.
