摘要

In this report, we propose a new bilateral float- ing resistorcircuit having both positive and negative resistance values. Theequivalent resistance of this floating resistor in CMOS technologycan be changed by using controlled-voltages, Which is an advantageover polysilicon or diffused resistor in the Integrated circuit.Moreover the characteristics of the proposed Circuit are independentof the threshold voltage. We have sim- Ulated the proposed circuit byusing HSPICE. Finally, we have Confirmed that the proposed circuit isuseful as an analog com- Ponent.
