I'm delighted that Birdfair has chosen to support marine conservation as its special project for 2014. No cause could be closer to my heart than protecting the world's seas and oceans. From the moment I made my first scuba dive, aged 21, I've been a complete water baby. To me, there's nothing more magical than slipping on your mask, ducking below the surface and opening your eyes - in every sense - to a world of wonders that is unlike any other.
