A recent fiber recovery study lays out an action plan to increase office paper recycling. A unique public/private partnership - the eight-year-old National Office Paper Recycling Project - has as a primary emphasis the Recycling At Work Campaign, an effort designed not only to increase office paper recycling rates but to encompass all forms of office recycling. Recycling At Work is an important strategy for increasing recovery levels in many communities.
