In this paper, we propose a method for realizing separable-denominator two-dimensional transfer function matrices. And, we present an upper-bound of realization dimension. Moreover, we suggest that, in case that input number is equal to output number, it is possible that it can be realized with a minimal dimension with respect to both of the two variables. Methods proposed in this paper, can be applied to the design of multi-input multi-output mixed lumped and distributed circuits, delay-differential systems, circuits containing variable elements and systems with time delays, etc, too.
