Chemical Composition,Structure,and Properties of Electrochemically Deposited Cobalt-Boron Coatings

摘要

Polycrystalline and amorphous cobalt-boron coatings were electrochemically deposited.The effect of the boron content and heating temperature on the physicomechanical properties of the coatings was studied.A relationship between the composition,structure,and properties of the coatings was established.
