Alliance Bio-Products Raising Funds For New Cellulosic Ethanol Facility

Vero Beach— Alliance Bio-Products (Bio-Products) has filed a Regulation D (506(c)) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise funds through accredited investors for the purchase of a cellulosic ethanol production plant in southeast Florida. Bio-Products was formed as a special purpose wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance BioEnergy Plus (ALLM) and will purchase, own and operate the 8-million-gal/yr Ineos bioethanol plant in Vero Beach, Fla.
