Nonlinear Optical Response of Conduction Electrons in a Superlattice

摘要

The nonlinear optical response of conduction electrons in a onehyphen;dimensional superlattice has been examined theoretically. Our results indicate that such structure may be a promising medium for nonlinear mixing of photons.
