For more than 20 years Bartz Maschinenbauhas been a successful manufacturer and supplierof crucibles for transporting liquids tonoted customers in the aluminium and automobileindustries. The special containers, witha holding capacity of 5-15 tonnes, serve forthe transport of molten aluminium on publicroads. Truck trailers specially designed for thecrucibles move the metal, at temperatures ofaround 780 °C, along country and trunk roadsand motorways, sometimes with several hundredkilometres between the filling point andthe end customer through ordinary traffic.
