摘要

Health can be defined as a state of complete physical, moral and social well-being. Promoting relatives' presence at the bedside of intensive care unit (ICU) patients has obviously been shown to be beneficial to these patients, without resulting in significant adverse events [1], Patients, relatives and ICU clinicians are the three actors playing in the ICU, and their well-being is conceivably linked. Relatives of ICU patients experience a stressful event and often develop anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder [2]. The concept of family-centred care emerged from this frightful report. The promotion of free visitation policies belongs to this process [3], However, the impact of unrestricted visiting policies on ICU stakeholders remains scarcely described [4].
