Mobile technology has caused a shift in the way companies do business, allowing them to automate much of the days work. Utility workers are enabled to eliminate much of the cost and downtime associated with paperwork, job status updates and travel between assignments. However, when North American electrical utilities deploy mobile solutions across an enterprise, issues and questions arise that must be answered prior to selecting a device.
