Technologies(Rochester,1L)introduced a new line of thermoplastic elastomers that are said to boost strength and provide better adhesion than many other TPE overmolding grades.New adhesion promoters used to formulate the materials are the basis of improved adhesion onto PC,ABS,PC/ABS,nylon,HIPS,and copolyesters.The company reports that in most cases,the TPE will tear before the adhesion to the base resin fails.
