We propose a medium access control protocol for broadcast and unicast transmission with deadlock avoidance and tolerance for network topology changes in wireless ad-hoc networks. In the proposed sheme, the terminals transmit the transmission request packet through one minislot from pluralities to avoid the confliction of the packet and to solve the reservation deadlock. To reduce the access delay and to be tolerant for the topology changes by movement of the terminals, the proposed scheme makes reservation at every slot. By the performance evaluation using computer simulations, we show that proposed scheme can improve the throughput performance, and reduce the access delay compared to the conventional schemes
