The relation between test packet interval/interval distribution and estimated accuracy of packet delay time was explained. Even if a measurement day is changed, estimated accuracy doesn't change greatly. From this, if an O-D pair is fixed, it can be said that it is possible that an appropriate test packet interval is decided corresponding to the necessary estimated accuracy. It was shown that the estimated accuracy of the constant interval measurement was better than exponential distribution interval measurement when the service quality of the type, which a packet is transmitted in a constant interval like VoIP. Furthermore, the delay time estimated accuracy was explained for the section measurement, which was the simple way of measuring for large-scale networks.
