The market may have been a strugglein 2016 - after several very solid years in arow – but it wasn’t a disaster. HRB wasextremely volitile and was subject to tradeaction that will, for the foreseeable future,make raw material subject to non-marketfactors. MA activity kicked up for the firsttime in over a decade and, whether or notmore occurs, that will change the supplyscene in 2017. That’s a big deal for thismarket because prior to this, the supply sidewas somewhat predictable.
