Equity firm tipped to make Wilson Bowden bid

City analysts are expecting a private equity company to make an offer for housebuilder Wilson Bowden in the next week. On Monday, Wilson's shares rose 276p to 2098p after the firm announced that it was in preliminary discussions with a number of parties.
