When John Bozzelli gets going, he's hard to stop. Say something to him like, "More injection molding machines were sold into Asia than the U.S. last year," or, "What's the most common problem you find when you visit a molder?" Then sit back and watch him go. Bozzelli's normally laconic and laid-back manner evaporates. He leans forward, eyes blazing behing his square-rimmed glasses, and he tells you without hesitation what's wrong, with rising intensity and volume.
