Dukane's new ultrasonic workcells have the capacity to handle automo-tive-door-size assemblies and are built with open guarding so the welding process area is visible.An ergonomic one-touch cycle initiator retracts the slide tray,and pneumatic clamps position the parts to be joined.Light curtains protect the operator during welding,and retroflective part-in-place sensors ensure all door clips are in place.
