Welcome to the Fourth Annual IMM Salary Survey.Let's cut to the chase.The survey says the 2004 average salary in the injection molding industry was US76,600,up from US70,800 in 2003 (US73,600 in 2002,US70,600 in 2001).Why the big increase? Was it a big increase? Well,the 2003 average salary was dragged down by a drop in moldmaking compensation.For 2004,most of the job category compensations were about the same (see p.30),except for the "corporate management" category.
