With its technical and technological developments in hydraulic pressing, Laeis GmbH (in-fo@laeis-gmbh.com), Wecker, Luxembourg, opens up a wide field of new applications. The guided flow of materials, from the preparation through dosing and feeding into the press mould, is controlled with high accuracy. Volumetric and gravimetric feeding systems - or combined systems - guarantee highest precision and repeat accuracy for mould filling and the individual weight of the pressed products. Specifically adapted mould filling systems (including two-component systems) allow for controlled material distribution in the mould to ensure uniform densification, even with complex geometries or large-sized elements to be made.
