Avalanche Switching in Junction Transistors

摘要

The possible ways of avalanche switching and its methods of parameter determination are discussed, including some new transient switching parameters,CA, rA,TA. A versatile avalanche square pulse generator with controllable pulse width is designed, having frequency range of 50 c/s to 1 mc/s without fall of amplitude and controllable ON-OFF times.
