An article on Aug.2,2007 in the Berkshire Eagle,the hometown newspaper of GE-Plastics in Pittsfield,MA,revealed that the company's postacquisition name will be Sabic Innovative Plastics.The purchase of GE-Plastics for 11.6 billion by Saudi Basic Industries is expected to conclude by the end of September.
