I am trying to find out how I can speed up mold setup times.Does anyone have any proven systems or ideas?We typically need 4 hours on a 150-to 400-ton press,with one or two core pulls.Poster B:Get a new setup crew! Our average is 60 minutes plantwide,counting machines from 80 to 2000 tons,with multiple core pulls,multiple materials,rotating platens,and insert molding(with the robot)that would make your hair stand on end.
