摘要

The present investigation entitled "Effect of foliar application of micronutrients on physical quality parameters of Guava (Psidium guajava L.) cv. Lalit" was carried out at Horticulture Research Centre of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture Technology, Modipuram, Meerut, U.P. (India) during the year 2018-19. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design having eight treatments with three replications. The details of treatments were as T1 -Control (water spray), T2-Zinc sulphate ( 1.0 ), T3 -Copper sulphate ( 1.0), T4-Borax (1.0), T5-Zinc sulphate (1.0 ) + Copper sulphate (1.0), T6-Zinc sulphate (1.0) + Borax (1.0), T7-Copper sulphate (1.0) + Borax (1.0) and T8-Zinc sulphate (1.0) + Borax (1.0) + Copper sulphate(1.0). The maximum fruit length (7.7 cm), fruit width (7.24 cm), average fruit weight (135.33 g), fruit volume (122.33 ml), specific gravity (1.1 g/cm3) and fruit yield (22.67 kg/tree and 251.85 q/ha) were found in treatment T8 (Zinc sulphate 1.0 + Borax 1.0 + Copper sulphate 1.0) whereas the minimum values of above mentioned characters were observed in T (control).
