The objective of all manufacturers now is to succeed in winning the famous 5 stars of the EuroNCAP tests. The results of this independent organization obtain a great deal of media coverage. In addition, the procedures used have to a great extent contributed to advancing safety. At the same time pedestrian impacts and "PreCrash" systems are at the heart of current affairs.
