Primary histiocytic lymphoma of the esophagus

A case with a primary histocytic lymphoma of the esophagus is reported. The patient's clinical presentation, radiographic, and endoscopic findings are described. Esophageal involvement represents a most unusual initial manifestation of gastrointestinal lymphoma.
