摘要

A Microstripline Gunn Oscillator stabilized with a Barium Nonatitanate (Ba2Ti9O20) dielectric resonator has been designed and developed to realize a low-noise compact microwave source. The frequency stability of the oscillator is about 5 ppm/#xb0;C. It has been possible to get more than 30 mW stabilized output power with Gunn diode rated for 50 mW output power in conventional rectangular waveguide cavity configuration. The oscillator can be mechanical) tuned between 8.4 GHz and 8.6 GHz.
