Near-rings associated with meromorphic products

LetGbe a finite group let H be a subgroup ofG#xD7;Gand let.The functions in the near-ringM0(G,2,H) are characterized.The radicalIofM0(G,2,H) is found andM0(G,2,H) /Iis shown to be a direct sum, in a natural way, of simple near-rings.
