Scintillation process in dynamically changing media

摘要

The scintillation process in dynamically changing media was studied. Noticeable changes in the laws that govern the scintillation process in such media were observed in comparison with their particular forms in the same media in the static equilibrium state. A method is proposed for determining the properties of materials by transferring them to dynamically changing states, using the scintillation process for probing.
