A detector based on an x-ray-sensitive CCD array

The detector based on an X-ray-sensitive ISD017A array of charge-coupled-devices (CCD) is intended for registration of slowly changing and impulse images in the field of soft X-ray radiations. The sensitivity of the detector varies from2×10{sup}6 (at the exposure time t = 20 ms) to 1×10{sup}8 V cm{sup}2/J (at t = 1 s), the maximal spatial resolution is better than 25-40μm, the maximal number of pixels recorded via the computer parallel port is 1024×1024, the amplitude resolution is10 mV, the input signal is 2.4 V, the output-data register capacity is 8 bits, and storage time for a 512×512-pixel image in the computer is 2 s.
