摘要

It has been experimentally proven that a flow particle counter-analyzer with space scanning of the probing laser beam can be developed. Though the device includes no hydrodynamic focusing system for tested fluid, its sensitivity is retained at a level that allows for the detection of optically stiff particles of submicron size. Tests with bacterial cells and erythrocytes showed that the achieved sensitivity is also sufficient for applying the principle of laser beam space scanning to devices for biomedical investigations, namely, flow cytometers.
