Concentration and Clearance of Tc-99m-Pyridoxylidene Isoleucine By a Hepatoma

Usually hepatic tumors show focal defects on both Tc-99m-colloid liver and Tc-99m-hepatobiliary imaging. This report involves a rare case in which a hepatoma did not take up Tc-99m-phytate, but concentrated and cleared a Tc-99m-hepatobiliary agent, Tc-99mpyridoxylidene isoleucine.
