摘要

Broadband amplification and signal-frequency-conversion units with built-in heterodynes have been developed for radioastronomical receivers in wavelengths ranges of 3.5/13 and 6 cm. The use of such units allows extension of the reception band to 900 MHz and 2 GHz in the 6- and 3.5-cm wavelength bands, respectively, an increase in the dynamic ranges of the receivers by 12 - 15 dB, an increase in the noise immunity in the 13-cm band, and an improvement of a number of parameters that affect the quality of data acquired in radioastronomical observations. The units that were installed in the radio telescopes of the Quasar-KVO complex made it possible to increase the reliability and reduce the set of receiving equipment.
