摘要

A method for diagnosing plasma-induced coating deposited on the walls of the discharge chambers in tokamak facilities is described. This method is based on the atomization of the laser-ablated thin layer of the material deposited on the wall and the determination of the amount of the evaporated substance and its elemental composition proceeding from the luminescence intensity of reference lines in the laser-ablated plasma. Experiments performed on a test bench have demonstrated the main characteristics of this technique and limits of its applicability.
