摘要

An instrument for measuring the frequency content of single high-power nanosecond S-band microwave pulses was developed and tested. The measurement technique is based on the comparison of microwave signals arriving from two frequency-dependent channels with the use of a digital oscilloscope, a personal computer (IBM PC), and the McithCad software package. The meter allows one to record the spectrum and time variation of the carrier frequency of the radiation of a vircator-type relativistic oscillator in a frequency band of 2.7-3.7 GHz.
