摘要

A transistor dc-to-dc converter with hysteresis voltage-mode control is described. The converter is used for charging the Marx generator ensuring the pumping of an excimer laser. The conducted strays caused by activation of the generator and laser do not disturb the converter operation. The charge time of storage capacitors with a total capacitance of 660 nF is no more than 10 5 for charging to a voltage of 15-25 kV. The charge voltage instability is ~1%, and ripples are <0.5%; the converter efficiency is 81-85%.
