A methane gas concentration gauge

摘要

A technique is developed for manufacturing methane gas sensors. The sensor is manufactured on the basis of a magnesium phthalocyanine (MgPc) organic semiconductor film 15 nm thick. The sensor sensitivity is 0.05 vol % at an operating temperature of 50℃. The sensor is easy to manufacture and it practically does not degrade.
