摘要

The electroanalytical behaviour of DNP-albumin ina flow system, with the aim of developing immuno-polarographic assays is studied. A thinlayer flow cellthat includes a hanging mercury drop electrode is employed and differential pulse voltammograms are recorded. The influence of parameters such as drop size, flow rate, loop volume, pulse amplitude, cleaning, and stopped-flow times onthe analytical signal is investigated. A flow system is designed for carrying out the recirculationof DNP-alblumin; its interaction with specific antibodies is discussed.
