Simple laboratory-made automated sequential injection analysis (SIA) device. I. Design and testing of the hardware component

The lab-made SIA system which was constructed in the Laboratory of Flow Analysis has been described in detail. Testing of this device included the accuracy and reproducibility tests of the sampling volumes, flow rates, and the overall reproducibility of the real fluorimetric determination of quinine.
