摘要

Experimental conditions of acquisition of 13{sup left}C-NMR spectra have been optimized in order to obtain the most precise and accurate quantitative measurements. An original approach using a bi-labeled 13{sup left}C ethanol at 99% has allowed good estimation of the accuracy of {1{sup left}H}13{sup left}C spectra. Quantitative conditions have been discussed around the optimization of the decoupling efficiency. Then four biogenic ethanols of different origins have been analyzed at natural abundance using this protocol.
