Presstek Appoints Edward E. Barr to Board of Directors

Presstek, Inc. announced that Edward E. Barr has been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Barr served as president and CEO of Sun Chemical Corporation from 1987 to 1998, during which time Sun Chemical's revenues grew from 600 million to more than 3 billion. Mr. Barr has more than 45 years of industry experience, including senior management roles in Sun Chemical and Courtaulds plc, and has also served as chairman and CEO of Sun Chemical Group BV, and as chairman of Kodak Polychrome Graphics.
