Siegwerk Group Acquires Color Converting Industries

The Siegwerk Group,one of Europe's leading manufacturers of printing inks,has finalized an agreement to acquire Color Converting Industries (CCI0,the secon-largest American provider of high-quality packaging inks.The acquisition was signed by the President and CEO of the Siegwerk Group,Herbert Forker,on Dec.1 in Des Moines,IA,and has been approved by the Antitrust Division of the U.S.Department of Justice.No purchase price was disclosed.
