Adaptive Motion Vector Quantization for Video Coding

摘要

A novel adaptive motion vector quantization algorithm is presentedin this letter. The algorithm effectively updates the set of motionvectors using gold-washing technique for block-matching according tothe features of input image se- quences. Simulation results show thatthe algorithm has both robust performance and low computationalcomplexity for video coding.
