It is well known, among wireless communications engineers, that non-negative data, such as received power under fading environments (Nakagami-m distribution) and rain attenuation level (or rain fall rate), are well approximated by Gamma distributions. In order to evaluate the effect of selection diversity, multivariate probability functions need to be accessed. This paper derives multivariate Gamma distributions with general correlations in the form of infinite series and discusses their numerical behavior.
