MANITOBA RECEIVES 'A' FOR EFFICIENCY UTILITY ALSO ANNOUNCES DOUBLING OF POWER SMART TARGETS BY 2018

Manitoba and Manitoba Hydro received an A from the Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance (CEEA) in its Fifth Annual National Report Card on Energy Efficiency - the highest grade in the country. The well-designed integration of the provincial government's energy efficiency activities and Manitoba Hydro's comprehensive Power Smart programming resulted in that province being recognized as the top jurisdiction in Canada for their shared commitments to energy efficiency and for promoting the wise use of energy in the marketplace.
