Inksolutions,LLC,Elk Grove Village,IL,has signed a letter of intent to acquire Bria Graphics,Inc.,Hawthorne,CA.The two companies will form a new varnish company in Los Angeles to service the lithographic ink companies on the West Coast.Westcoast Inksolutions LLC,which will be a separate entity,will have manufacturing and a combined technical team to support the West Coast ink companies.
