Is 'Informatisation' after 20 years still a 'corpus alienum' in Public Administration?

Since 1972 the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) has played a major role in the development of the cooperation between public servants and students of public administration discipline in the Western part of Europe. Be it that the growth of the number of academic chairs of public administration has caused a certain dominance of academicians in the participation during the annual EGPA conferences, the main activity of the organisation. During the first decades of its existence, national ministries functioned predominantly as hosts of these conferences.
