III-V ferromagnetic semiconductor heterostructures

We review the properties of IIIV ferromagnetic semiconductors and introduce our recent results about low-temperature annealing effect and tunneling magnetoresistance observed in (Ga,Mn)As/GaAs/(Ga,Mn)As trilayers.
